AESM has the capability to meet the needs of a service center regardless of the size. Your service center may be a 1 man shop or multiple employees. The service you offer to your clients may be COD, warranty, or a combination of both. Your client base may be local or phoned in requests . You may be working with the manufacturers or contract dispatch centers. AESM has the ability to provide the necessary tools to allow you to serve all of these various calls for service.

You can start with the minimum capabilities and as your business grows, AESM grows with you .

OPTION 1. AESM-LITE.....DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE BASIC ADMINISTRATIVE NEEDS OF A SERVICE CENTER..

...........License is a 10 user license

FEATURES:

....1. Work Orders....create, edit, print & process to completion. The work order can be printed as an invoice for the customer or accounting. The work order can be printed as a work order for the tech to use in the field for notes and other details. Assigning parts to the work order from inventory or initiate a order for part not in stock. Assign parts to work order in situation where tech acquires the part from local supplier.

.........1A. Parts assigned to a work order can be easily restored to inventory or set up for returning to supplier/distributor for credit. The work order is marked to reflect this transfer.

.........1B. Parts requiring Core return are tracked. The work order is marked to indicate that a core unite must be returned. The tech on returning the core unite to the parts administrator updates the work order to indicate the part has been returned to the service center . The work order is marked to reflect this transfer.

.........1C. The specific part can be edited within the work order.

........ 2. Parts Inventory. This is the standard inventory .

........ 3. Parts Ordering Process. This provides the ability to order and process part orders. Parts can be ordered from within the work orders which creates a purchase order. Upon receipt the part is assigned to the appropriate work order.

........ 4. Warranty administration. Create file of warranty data from the work orders which can then be uploaded to the various warranty processing locations.

....... 5. Reports..There is a series of reports providing management tools to guide you in decision making of your business.

PRICE: $2000.00 ........which includes 1st year support. Annual Support...$300.00 per year.

OPTION 2.AESM - EXPANDED FULL VERSION......DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE ADMINISTRATIVE NEEDS FOR A SERVICE CENTER WITH MULTIPLE TECH AND IN HOUSE PERSONNEL AND MOBILE PERSONNEL AND LARGE INHOUSE INVENETORY OF PARTS.

..........License is a unlimited user license.

The features 1, 3 thru 5 in the AESM LITE version plus the following features....

.......2. Advanced Inventory System Management..... This feature provides the ability to track, currently, 308 million individual parts from the time it is order to assigned to work order and the day you get paid for it. If your center is seriously busy, the number of parts tracked can be expanded to 8 billion. As the part is used, its location becomes a part of the record. The issue of parts disappearing is seriously reduced. You know where physically in your operation.

.........2A. The task of inventory is dramatically reduced in time required. On completion of the inventory, you know where each part as the physical location is automatically updated .

.........6. Dispatch Administration......Within AESM are procedures that automate the process of receiving dispatches from dispatch centers such as Service Bench and LG Zenith. You have the option to accept or reject each dispatch. Upon acceptance the process creates the necessary work orders and begins the process of tracking the dispatch work progress in you service center. The dispatch center is automatically updated upon accepting it. On command, the appropriate dispatch center can be updated enmass for the center without the need of the user handling 1 dispatch at a time. There are other features available within this module to assist management decisions.

PRICE: $6000.00........which includes 1st year support and unlimited online training time.
